Pete has been building and remodeling since 1968 and continues to thrive in the custom home industry because of his reputation and relationships. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois Pete gravitated towards the construction industry at an early age and eventually owned the largest plumbing company in Northern Ohio for over two decades. Pete then decided to focus on new construction, to include custom single family homes and commercial buildings. In 1984 Peter and his family left the Midwest and relocated to Colorado Springs to enjoy the incredible weather and business opportunities. Pete has built custom homes in Larkspur, Teller County and Colorado Springs to include properties in numerous neighborhoods on the west side (Peregrine, Mountain Shadows, Kissing Camels, The Broadmoor Resort, Southwest Broadmoor, Broadmoor Bluffs).
Additionally, as the Colorado Springs real estate market has changed, Pete increasingly assists families with extensive home renovations. Pete continues to find success in remodeling because of his meticulous nature, work ethic and proactive approach. Remodeling is very detail orientated because you are working within an existing structure. This preventative business approach in turn saves the client money, time and stress. With decades of experience, Pete is a creative problem solver, always being mindful of the client’s budget.
